Pyrgaki Beach Villa is a privately owned villa, situated within the picturesque Naxian Resort, in Pyrgaki, Naxos, ideal for friends and families who are seeking comfort and elegance in a relaxed setting. Being a self-catered villa, it can accommodate up to 8 guest and offers four fully equipped bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms and two fully equipped kitchens, along with a 1,200 square meter garden with a private swimming pool, outdoor lounge and shaded dining area; making it the ideal place for those looking to enjoy their holidays in Naxos, while having their own private and prestige accommodation.

The villa is split in three levels accessible through an enclosed staircase. The ground floor consist of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom; the first floor offers one single bedroom and one double bedroom with access to balcony, so you can enjoy the morning/night sea views.

The other two double rooms of the villa are located in the semi-basement also offering a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a large bright living room with a comfortable sofa and an open-plan feel to it. From here guest have also a direct access to the garden and the swimming pool.

 

Step outdoors onto a wonderful garden that surrounds the 7m private swimming pool, allowing guests to savor the surrounding scenic views. It is furnished with a double daybed and luxurious sun loungers indulgently dotted around the pool. Sunbathe or sit in the sun with drinks, and gorgeous views to admire as you do so.  An outdoor bbq and a dining area beneath a shaded pergola, completes the outside.
